So if you get back web metric reports that show you customers are saying sayonara before they finish the check-out process - aka “shopping cart abandonment” - you might want to watch this. And then revisit your check-out experience from the point of view of the person using it - your customer. What they want is often very different from what you think they want. Unless you are Steve Jobs. And if you are, then shopping cart abandonment wouldn’t even be an issue.
